The faculty consists of citizens of the United States, Canada and Venezuela.
Of the 10 teachers, 11 are from the U.S. and Canada and 9 from Venezuela.
Instructors are credentialed by the authority appropiate to their área of instruction and are teaching in their area of preparation. Approximately 40% of current teachers hold a Masters Degree.
Import teachers are in charge of all classroom instruction in grades 1 through 12 except in the areas of Spanish, Venezuelan History and Culture, Computers, Physical Education and Music. Spanish and Venezuelan History and Culture are taught at an appropriate level for non-native Spanish speakers.
The school has sent many teachers to Caracas to particípate in College of New Jersey courses and to the United States for professional development, as well as bringing internationally known educational presenters to the ISM campus to work directly with the professional staff.
